Sunday Ramble

So we just got back from Church, where I played the offertory! I had it pretty much practiced up, but I was soooo nervous. The piano we have at Church is an electric one, so it is so different than ours, and a note is sticking on it! It was like an important one in my piece. Didn't go too good, but people enjoyed it!

School is approaching again this week. So far it doesn't seem too bad, and apparently grade 11 is the most difficult *I'm in grade 10*. Also in grade 7 piano. Supposed to be taking an exam sometime. I am also taking sort of unofficial classical guitar lessons from a man a street over. Really think I am going to enjoy it!

I am still working part time at the greenhouse close by here. Getting a lot more experience, and just recently went on the till. Really an interesting experience. Really enjoy my job there.

Matthew 8:13

"Faith…how much do we really have. This verse says that as much as we have faith or believe, it will be done to us. Somewhere in Matthew it mentions faith no bigger than a mustard seed can move a mountain. Oh that we would people of great faith being used of God to make a difference in this world."

I read this verse in my devotions the other day, and the phrase "…as thou hast believed…" jumped out at me. The verse was about the centurion's servant who was healed. Jesus said, "...Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee..." This has a lot of power. What we ask for will be done unto us as we believe it.


Just thought I'd share that with you.

Hey again

Just thought I'd do a post here.

I'm about to go and practice piano, so I won't be long.

School is going pretty good so far. I am getting done pretty early so I can still work in the afternoons. Going at 2:00 today. Probably going bowling tonight with our youth pastor's boys. Some ladies from the church are coming over tonight to do some cooking meals for our pastor's wife, who is having kidney stone troubles and is awaiting surgery Oct. 24. She is not felling well, so she can't really make meals right now. Please pray for her and pray she will get a sooner appointment.

I'm alive! (With picts)

Hey guys! (Whoever that includes, not sure how many of you actually read this blog) I know I haven't been posting in like forever, but I have been working like all the time this summer, and over all been pretty busy. We just started school on Tuesday, so I will be having more time to be on the computer and blogs and stuff. Anyway I'm starting into high-school now, and these next three years are not going to be too easy, but my sister (Graduating this year) says grade 11 is hardest. I don't mind grade 10 (so far), but I'm only like 3 days in so....we'll see. So yeah, just to tell ya I'll be back to posting and stuff so keep looking for more stuff!
